Grapple 113 at Brown's Karate
Master Rick Brown is the owner and chief instructor of Brown's Karate Academy.
He began his martial arts journey in 1975 at the age of 13 under Dave Beiermann. In 1980 Mr. Brown was promoted to 1st dan in Tang Soo Do. In 1982, he began teaching on his own and has done so for over 40 years, with over 25 students earning black belt under him. Brown has studied Tang Soo Do under Master Whitten and Master Zacker, and currently holds the rank of 5th dan.
Master Brown has graciously opened his doors to allow Grapple 113 students a place to train on evening and weekends, and students who sign-up for the jiujitsu program are even invited to participate in the karate program at no additional charge.
All karate promotions/belts/stripes will be handled by Master Brown.
